Extending your budget: 

We can propose to you overseas destinations which offer good value for money vs current foreign curency exchange rates. We can offer you less well known destinations which offer all of the benefits of the well known incentive spots, but are more interesting and compelling to a well travelled group and keep your costs surprisingly well within boundaries.

Nice: 2 days /1 night event staying at 4 star rated hotel in Nice on The Bay of Angels, including a visit to a wine chateau on the terraces surrounding the coast and dinner at the chateau. Entry to the hotel beach club on second day.  

Prague:
2 days /1 night event staying in 4 star rated hotel with drinks reception on riverboat and dinner in an historic Prague building

Less than £500 per head:

Marrakech:
3 nights in in 5 star rated hotel, including City Tour, Spectacular evening Fantasia, lunch in a Riad.

All rates include a meeting facility at the hotel if required. Transportation at extra cost. Rates may be subject to the season.

Detailed Proposals:

Our proposals present venues and services which match your exact requirements.
We make it as easy as possible for you to shortlist our ideas, producing reports in Word and comparative costings and facilities in Excel format. If you have document formats you prefer to use, we can input directly onto these saving you time and making your deadlines easier to achieve.

Site visits and inspection trips:
We will arrange substantially reduced or complimentary accommodation for your site visit.

Negotiation of contracts:
We will negotiate the best possible room rates for the season, upgrades, free
rooms, staff and crew rates. Cancellation terms and schedules which are realistic for your own deadlines. We can negotiate catering to suit your requirements for budget and quality.  

Ground Handing:
We can arrange group or private transportation of delegates, meet and greet at airports, tours, team and individual activities, spouse programmes, V.I.P. treatments.
