History:

Corporate Venue Solutions was established in 1996 and is now in its 11th year of trading.  We focus on high quality clients and events and offer a customised service developed in response to and in anticipation of client needs.

Stages in our venue finding processes:

  Venue research undertaken - from our database, directories, internet and any other relevant sources.

  Production of venue proposals for clients, based on complete understanding of their requirements and budget. Venue proposals will offer the highest possible number of venues which match the clients requirements.  
 

  Presentation of venue research proposal to client in Word or spreadsheet format as required. We can also input directly into clients own document formats to save duplication. Comparative costings produced for client if required.
 

  Site inspections arranged for client and production agencies involved. Sourcing of any complimentary services, information on room plans, brochures, presentation materials and data etc.  
 

  Further rate negotiations undertaken on behalf of client after first proposal. We also negotiate the best terms and conditions for the client on issues such as cancellation, minimum guaranteed numbers, rooming list cut-off dates and added value benefits for client.  We maintain ongoing relationships with senior management of hotel groups in order to facilitate these negotiations.
 

  We negotiate with the venue up to contract stage. When the client is happy with the agreement, we will issue a draft confirmation of booking details for their approval when our confirmation is approved.
 

  Our services are not charged to the client, we issue an invoice for commission or a marketing/finders fee directly to the venue after the event.
